Commitment to Nonviolent Action
By participating in any No Kings event or activity, you commit to peaceful, lawful protest. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation.

By accessing or using the No Kings Legal Defense Fund website, signing our petitions, making donations, or participating in our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

Petition Signing

Donations and Payments
Donation Processing
All donations are processed securely through Stripe. By making a donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount you specify. Donations support our legal defense fund and operational costs.
Recurring Donations
If you set up a recurring donation, you authorize ongoing charges to your payment method at the interval you select. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or managing your payment through Stripe.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to supporting immigrant families. However, we will consider refund requests for duplicate charges or processing errors. Contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
Tax Deductibility
The No Kings Legal Defense Fund is a nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide receipts for your records, but please consult a tax professional for specific advice.
Prohibited Activities
You May Not
Use our services to violate any law or regulation; impersonate any person or entity; submit false petition signatures; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; transmit viruses or malicious code; or use automated systems to access our services without permission.
Content Standards
Any content you submit, including comments or messages, must not be defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringe on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
Violence and Safety
